SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
The shipping method you select during checkout will determine how quickly your order arrives.
All orders are processed and shipped from our store within 2 business days.
Standard shipping at $5 will be delivered within 3-5 business days after leaving our store.
Priority shipping at $10 will be delivered within 2-3 business days once processed and handed over to the carrier.
NOTE: Shipping costs are non-refundable on returned items.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 1:00 pm are processed the same day; otherwise, they are processed the next business day and shipped within 2 business days.
You will receive an email/text message notification with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when placing their order.
Please note that delivery times do not include additional delays due to weather, weekend deliveries or public holidays, these may cause delays in the delivery of packages.
Return & Exchange Policy
Aquitania Accessories will accept full-price returns for unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items for a full refund in online store credit within seven (7) days.
After 7 days, Aquitania Accessories will issue a credit and email you an online code for website use for full-price returns of unworn, unaltered, and unwashed items within 7 days of the delivery date. The order number and full customer name must be provided.
We regret that we cannot provide a refund or web store credit for items returned more than 7 days after the delivery date. Exchanges:
We suggest placing a new order for the desired item to ensure its availability. We will refund the cost of the returned merchandise in website credit. Jewelry size/measurement exchanges must comply with the return policy: items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed for a full refund in store credit within seven (7) days. Online credit can only be redeemed at bourayshop.com.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the package. Returns are accepted by mail; please note: return shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Upon receiving returned products,
Aquitania Accessories reserves the right to refuse credit if the merchandise does not meet the requirements of the return policy. If we sent you the wrong order or a defective item, please email boutaryshop@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, with the subject line ONLINE ORDER# xxxx: INCORRECT ITEM (or) DEFECTIVE ITEM, detailing what is incorrect or defective along with a picture of the item.
We will give you further instructions on how to return it. Please return the incorrect/defective item within 7 days of the delivery date. All returns can be sent to the address below using the carrier of your choice (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
